How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 4–6 business days, then delivered within 2–4 business days across Lebanon.

How does payment work?
We use Whish for secure payment. You pay 50% to start your order and the remaining 50% on delivery. If you're ordering from outside Lebanon, we'll send you a Whish payment link via WhatsApp instead — a 2% processing fee applies.

Do you deliver outside Lebanon?
Right now we deliver across Lebanon only, for a flat $5 delivery fee.

Can I personalize the story?
Yes — depending on the title, you can choose your child's character, add their name, age, and family details, and upload photos. Each product page shows exactly which options are available for that story.

What if I misspell a name or upload the wrong photo?
Please double-check all details before confirming your order. Since each book is personalized, we begin production as soon as your order is confirmed, so we're unable to make changes once production has started.

Can I cancel or get a refund?
All sales are final once production begins, since each book is made specifically for your child. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Which languages are available?
Story language depends on the title — check the product page for the languages offered.
